As the times change, we are more informed about Mental health and its impact on the black community. With the new information and being Trauma informed, we now know that Black Mental Health is real; and it matters.

As an undertone, Black Men suffer greatly from undiagnosed or untreated mental health issues. Black Men are exposed to daily trauma in America, and as a result creates generational trauma for black men. Black Men need the space to heal and be given an environment where they can heal safely.

For Mental Health Awareness Month, I would like to shed light on Black Mental Heatlh in the Black Community.
